Certains de vos salariés, titulaires d’un contrat court ou d’un contrat à temps partiel, peuvent solliciter une dispense d’adhésion à la mutuelle d’entreprise. Vous devrez dans ce cas leur verser une aide financière destinée à assurer leur couverture complémentaire santé. De quel montant ?


Une revalorisation annuelle

Les salariés titulaires d’un contrat court (d’une durée de 3 mois maximum) ou à temps partiel (d’une durée de 15 heures maximum) sont dispensés d’adhérer à la mutuelle d’entreprise. Pour cela, il faut qu’ils soient couverts par une assurance complémentaire santé par ailleurs.

Dans ce cas, vous serez dans l’obligation de leur verser une aide financière : le versement santé (souvent appelé « chèque santé »).

En principe, le montant de ce versement correspond au montant de votre contribution mensuelle au financement de la mutuelle pour la catégorie à laquelle appartient le salarié et pour la période concernée (en tenant compte, le cas échéant, de la rémunération du salarié), auquel on ajoutera un coefficient de majoration.

Lorsqu’il n’est pas possible de déterminer le montant du chèque santé selon la catégorie du salarié, le montant de référence est fixé à 16,34 € pour 2020 (ou à 5,45 € en Alsace-Moselle).
