Petits apiculteurs : un régime fiscal simplifié, mais pas d’exonération…

Actuellement, la plupart des apiculteurs, professionnels ou non, doivent faire face à une mortalité importante de leurs colonies d’abeilles.

Afin de soutenir ces exploitants, l’union nationale de l’apiculture française (UNAF) demande, depuis plus d’un an, la mise en place d’un dispositif d’exonération fiscale pour les détenteurs de moins de 50 ruches.

Ce que lui refuse le Gouvernement, qui rappelle que ces exploitants bénéficient d’ores et déjà d’un régime fiscal simplifié adapté à leur activité : le micro-BA (micro-bénéfices agricoles).

Pour mémoire, le micro-BA profite aux apiculteurs dont la moyenne des recettes agricoles, mesurée sur 3 années consécutives, n’excède pas 85 800 €. Les exploitants soumis à ce régime sont alors imposés sur les recettes encaissées (appréciées sur une période de 3 ans), diminuées d’un abattement forfaitaire de 87 % qui ne peut pas être inférieur à 305 €.
