Taxes sur les carburants : pas de changement

Interrogé sur le point de savoir s’il entendait réviser les taxes sur les carburants applicables aux entreprises de transport pour minimiser les augmentations de tarifs qui les frappent, le gouvernement répond par la négative.

A cette occasion, il rappelle :

  • que le remboursement effectué par l’Etat pour compenser le différentiel entre le taux à la pompe et le taux réduit de taxe intérieure de consommation sur les produits énergétiques (TICPE) sur le gazole applicable aux transporteurs routiers a fortement augmenté pour la période 2015-2021 ;
  • que les hausses de fiscalité prévues de 2019 à 2022 ont été supprimées ;
  • qu’un bonus de 50 000 € a été mis en place en janvier 2021 pour l’achat ou la location de longue durée d’un poids lourds fonctionnant à l’électricité ou à l’hydrogène ;
  • que le dispositif de suramortissement pour les véhicules lourds utilisant des énergies propres a été prolongé jusqu’au 31 décembre 2030 ;
  • que les dispositifs de prime à la conversion et de bonus ont été renforcés en juillet 2021 pour les utilitaires légers électriques et les hybrides rechargeables.
