Afin de rendre la prévention de la santé au travail plus efficiente, le gouvernement a pris de nombreuses mesures, parmi lesquelles la possibilité de pratiquer la médecine du travail à distance…


Une médecine du travail à distance encadrée…

A compter du 31 mars 2022, il sera possible, avec l’accord du salarié, de recourir à des pratiques médicales ou de soins à distance. A ce titre, la médecine du travail devra utiliser des technologies de l’information et de la communication adaptées, qui devront permettre la prise en compte l’état de santé physique et mentale du salarié.

Notez que les services de prévention et de santé au travail auront pour mission de contrôler la conformité de l’utilisation de ces technologies.

Ce recours à la « télémédecine » doit garantir le respect de la confidentialité des échanges entre le professionnel de santé et le salarié.

De plus, si son état de santé le justifie ou s’il est exposé à des risques professionnels, le professionnel de santé au travail pourra proposer au salarié qu’un professionnel de santé choisi par ce dernier ou que son médecin traitant participe à l’entretien ou la consultation.

A toutes fins utiles, retenez que le rapport annuel d’activité établi par le médecin du travail disparaîtra dès le 31 mars 2022. Ce rapport, comportant des données présentées par sexe, devrait être remplacé par un futur rapport comportant des données présentées différemment (rien n’est encore précisé à ce sujet).
