Taxe sur le transport aérien : obligations déclaratives

Les entreprises de transport aérien public redevables de la taxe sur le transport aérien de passagers (TTAP), de la taxe sur le transport aérien de marchandises (TTAM) ou de la taxe sur les nuisances sonores aériennes (TNSA) doivent, à compter du 1er janvier 2026, déclarer la taxe correspondante, non plus au 20, mais au 25 des mois de janvier à novembre.

Il est précisé toutefois que, par dérogation, cette échéance sera fixée au 24 pour le mois de décembre pour tenir compte du fait que le 25 décembre est un jour férié.

Transport aérien : taux 2026 de certaines redevances

Par ailleurs, il est précisé pour les usagers de l’espace aérien, qu’à compter du 1er janvier 2026 :

  • le taux unitaire de la redevance océanique est fixé à 35,78 € ;
  • le taux unitaire de la redevance pour services terminaux de la circulation aérienne outre-mer (RSTCA-OM) est de 12,00 €.
