Substances dangereuses : la liste est mise à jour !

Pour mémoire, afin d’améliorer l’information des consommateurs, les producteurs et importateurs de produits générateurs de déchets sont tenus de les informer sur les qualités et caractéristiques environnementales de ces produits, notamment en ce qui concerne la présence de substances dangereuses.

Cette information s’effectue par voie de marquage, d’étiquetage, d’affichage ou par tout autre procédé approprié.

Dans le sillage de ce dispositif, la règlementation européenne prévoit que tout consommateur peut demander à un fournisseur d’articles de l’informer sur l’éventuelle présence de substances identifiées comme « extrêmement préoccupantes », dont la liste évolue chaque semestre.
