A compter du 1er janvier 2022, les repas servis dans les restaurants collectifs devront être en partie composés de produits issus de filières durables et de qualité. Dans quelle mesure ?


Des repas avec 50 % de produits issus de filières durables et de qualité

Au 1er janvier 2022, les repas servis dans les restaurants collectifs dont les personnes publiques ont la charge devront être constitués d’au moins 50 % de produits issus de filières durables et de qualité en valeur hors taxes d’achats par année civile, dont au moins 20 % de produits issus de l’agriculture biologique ou provenant d’exploitations en conversion.
