Les producteurs soumis au principe de responsabilité élargie du producteur (REP) doivent obligatoirement avoir un identifiant unique fourni par les services de l’ADEME. Quels sont les démarches à effectuer pour l’obtenir ?


REP et identifiant unique : quelles sont les modalités d’enregistrement ?

Les producteurs soumis aux obligations découlant du principe de responsabilité élargie des producteurs (REP) doivent s’inscrire auprès de l’Agence de l’environnement et de la maîtrise de l’énergie (ADEME) pour obtenir leur identifiant unique (IDU).

Celui-ci permet au producteur de prouver qu’il est bien enregistré au registre pour une filière et permet également à l’ADEME de contrôler plus facilement le respect des obligations liées à la REP.

Cet enregistrement se fait via le portail SYDEREP V1 ou SYDEREP V2 en fonction de la filière qui vous concerne.

Les informations devant être transmises sont, notamment :

  • l’identité du producteur : son numéro SIREN ou SIRET, sa raison sociale, son numéro de TVA intracommunautaire, etc. ;
  • l’identité de l’éco-organisme auquel il adhère (nom, numéro SIREN ou SIRET) ou la référence de son arrêté d’agrément en cas de mise en place d’un système individuel ;
  • les catégories de produits concernés lorsqu’une filière en comporte plusieurs (à compter du 1er janvier 2023) ;
  • le code de son activité principale (selon la liste des activités françaises) pour les entreprises qui résident en France.

Lorsque le producteur adhère à un éco-organisme, cette démarche doit-être effectuée par ce dernier, qui doit ensuite transmettre l’IDU au producteur.

Enfin, notez que l’identifiant sera transmis par l’ADEME dans un délai de 2 jours après qu’elle a reçu l’intégralité des informations.
