La réglementation thermique 2012 prévoit que les immeubles collectifs, dont les permis de construire sont déposés à compter du 1er janvier 2020, doivent respecter un nouveau seuil de performance énergétique. Il était toutefois question de reporter l’application de cette obligation : quelle décision a été prise ?


Réglementation thermique 2012 : un (nouveau) report d’1 an !

La réglementation thermique 2012 (appelée couramment « RT 2012 ») prévoyait initialement que les bâtiments collectifs, dont les permis de construire étaient déposés à compter du 1er janvier 2013, devaient avoir une consommation d’énergie primaire maximale (dite « Cepmax ») inférieure à 50 kWh/m²/an.

Mais respecter ce seuil impliquait des surcoûts de construction trop importants selon les professionnels de la construction : c’est pourquoi il avait été décidé de reporter l’entrée en vigueur de ce dispositif au 1er janvier 2018, puis, pour les mêmes raisons, au 1er janvier 2020.

Sachez que l’entrée en vigueur du seuil Cepmax a (encore) été repoussée : désormais, son application est prévue à compter du 1er janvier 2021. D’ici là, le Gouvernement prévoit de continuer à mener des tests afin de réduire le coût de construction des bâtiments pour les rendre moins énergivores.
