PLU : à publier sur le site Géoportail de l’urbanisme

Pour rappel, un plan local d’urbanisme (PLU) est un document que doivent consulter les professionnels de l’immobilier car il permet, notamment, de connaître la politique locale de la construction.

Pour être opposable aux habitants, ce PLU ne doit pas seulement être voté par la collectivité territoriale : outre une transmission au préfet, des obligations d’affichage sont également à respecter.

Notez qu’à compter du 1er janvier 2023, les obligations d’affichage seront remplacées par une publication sur le site Géoportail de l’urbanisme (https://www.geoportail-urbanisme.gouv.fr/).

Si cette publication est impossible en raison de dysfonctionnements liés au site Géoportail lui-même ou de difficultés techniques avérées, la publication pourra se faire sur papier ou donner lieu à un affichage, comme actuellement.

Cette dérogation à l’obligation de publication sur le site Géoportail de l’urbanisme profite également aux communes de moins de 3 500 habitants.
