Le titulaire d’une officine de pharmacie a normalement jusqu’au 30 avril pour déclarer le chiffre d’affaires de son officine à l’agence régionale de santé. Une date limite qui vient d’être repoussée…


Déclaration du chiffre d’affaires de l’officine de pharmacie : jusqu’au 30 juin !

Pour rappel, le chiffre d’affaires annuel que réalise le titulaire d’une officine de pharmacie a un impact direct sur son activité puisqu’il doit obligatoirement se faire assister :

  • par un pharmacien adjoint pour un chiffre d’affaires annuel hors taxes à la valeur ajoutée compris entre 1 300 000 et 2 600 000 € ;
  • par un deuxième pharmacien adjoint, pour un chiffre d’affaires annuel hors taxes à la valeur ajoutée compris entre 2 600 000 et 3 900 000 € ;
  • au-delà de 3 900 000 €, par un adjoint supplémentaire par tranche de 1 300 000 € supplémentaires.

En outre, en Outre-mer, les chiffres d’affaires précités sont affectés des coefficients multiplicateurs suivants :

  • 1,32 en Guadeloupe et en Martinique ;
  • 1,26 à La Réunion et à Mayotte ;
  • 1,34 en Guyane ;
  • 1,35 à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.

Les emplois correspondant aux tranches de chiffres d’affaires précités doivent être pourvus à temps plein ou en équivalent temps plein et les pharmaciens associés et leurs conjoints diplômés non-salariés, s’ils travaillent effectivement à l’officine, peuvent être pris en compte pour la détermination du nombre de pharmaciens adjoints.

Enfin, la réglementation prévoit que les pharmaciens titulaires d’officine doivent déclarer, en fin de chaque exercice, et au plus tard au 30 avril de chaque année, leur chiffre d’affaires annuel global hors taxes à la valeur ajoutée au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé (ARS). Cette obligation vient d’être modifiée : pour 2019, vous avez jusqu’au 30 juin pour procéder à cette déclaration.
