Organisme de gestion et majoration de 25 % : une disparition programmée

Pour rappel, les entreprises relevant de l’impôt sur le revenu, et soumises à un régime réel d’imposition (régime simplifié ou normal pour les commerçants, artisans, industriels, et régime de la déclaration contrôlée pour les professions libérales), qui n’adhèrent pas à un organisme de gestion agréé ou qui ne font pas appel à un expert-comptable pour l’établissement de leur résultat fiscal sont pénalisées : leur base d’imposition est majorée de 25 % (application d’un coefficient de 1,25).

La Loi prévoit la suppression progressive de cette majoration sur 3 ans. Le coefficient, appliqué au résultat fiscal pour déterminer le montant imposable, sera donc de :

  • 1,2 pour l’imposition du résultat 2020,
  • 1,15 pour l’imposition du résultat 2021,
  • 1,1 pour l’imposition du résultat 2022,
  • 1 pour l’imposition du résultat 2023.
