Une obligation d’affichage de la saisonnalité des fruits et légumes

Il est créé une obligation d’affichage de la saisonnalité des fruits et légumes frais proposés à la vente dans les magasins de vente au détail de plus de 400 m².

Cet affichage doit être clair et lisible et peut être effectué par voie électronique.

Le non-respect de cette obligation est sanctionné par une amende de 3 000 € pour une personne physique et de 15 000 € pour une société.


Faciliter la politique alimentaire locale

Pour que les collectivités territoriales puissent mieux définir leur politique alimentaire locale, les agriculteurs, les transformateurs et distributeurs de produits alimentaires pourront être amenés à leur communiquer des données de nature technique, économique ou socio-économique relatives à la production, à l’importation, à la transformation, à la commercialisation et à la consommation de ces produits.
