Agents immobiliers : des honoraires négociables à la baisse

A compter du 1er avril 2022, les professionnels de l’immobilier devront indiquer dans leurs annonces que le montant de leur honoraire est un montant « maximum ».

L’objectif est de permettre à leur client de revoir plus facilement à la baisse le prix de la prestation des professionnels de l’immobilier pour une vente, une location, ou encore une gestion immobilière.

Par ailleurs, pour les biens situés dans les zones soumises à l’encadrement des loyers, les professionnels vont devoir obligatoirement mentionner dans les annonces immobilières les informations financières suivantes :

  • le loyer de base (loyer hors charges) ;
  • le loyer de référence majoré (qui constitue le plafond du loyer de base) ;
  • le complément de loyer, le cas échéant.
