Une nouvelle tâche pour les notaires ?

« France Domaine » est le service de l’Etat en charge d’évaluer les biens des collectivités locales à l’occasion de ventes ou d’échanges.

Mais, parce que les délais de traitement des dossiers sont très longs, il a été demandé au gouvernement s’il était envisageable de confier cette tâche aux notaires, qui présentent également l’avantage d’être bien implantés territorialement.

« Non », répond le gouvernement :

  • d’une part, parce que « France Domaine », qui assume cette mission gratuitement, ne réalise pas une simple prestation de service, mais une réelle mission régalienne de contrôle des conditions financières des opérations immobilières des collectivités publiques ;
  • d’autre part, « France Domaine » recours à de nouveaux outils pour accélérer le traitement des dossiers (utilisation d’une intelligence artificielle pour certaines évaluations de maisons ou d’appartements, dématérialisation de la procédure de consultation, etc.).
