Les entreprises du BTP (ou tiers déclarants) transmettent aux Caisses Congés Intempéries BTP (CIBTP) leur déclaration nominative annuelle (DNA), et leur déclaration de salaires (ou bordereau d’appel de cotisations) de manière périodique. Ce mode de déclaration est amené à changer en 2022…


Vers un passage en DSN en janvier 2022 !

Pour rappel, chaque année, les entreprises du BTP (ou tiers déclarants) adressent aux Caisses Congés Intempéries BTP (CIBTP) leur déclaration automatisée des données sociales unifiée (DADSU CIBTP) ou déclaration nominative annuelle (DNA). Mais ce n’est pas tout, elles leur transmettent également leur bordereau d’appel de cotisations ou déclaration de salaires (DUCS CIBTP) de façon périodique (mensuelle ou trimestrielle).

Notez que seront remplacées par la déclaration sociale nominative (DSN) :

  • les DUCS CIBTP à compter de janvier 2022 ;
  • les DADSU ou DNA à compter de 2023.

Ces changements signent la fermeture définitive du service DUCS CIBTP sur Net-Entreprises à compter du 1er juin 2022.

Attention, continueront à suivre la procédure actuelle, et ne seront donc pas concernées par le passage en DSN, notamment :

  • les demandes de congés ;
  • les déclarations d’arrêts intempéries.
