Les compétences des diagnostiqueurs immobiliers sont certifiées par un organisme de formation ou de certification qui doit lui-même être accrédité. Une obligation d’accréditation qui a partiellement été remise en cause par le juge… et qui a obligé le gouvernement à réagir. De quelle façon ?


Annulation de la réglementation imposant l’accréditation des organismes de formation et de certification !

Les diagnostiqueurs immobiliers doivent faire certifier leurs compétences par un organisme de certification ou de formation.

Pour pouvoir certifier, cet organisme doit être accrédité sur la base des normes NF EN ISO/CEI 17024 et NF EN ISO/CEI 17065.

Problème : ces normes ne sont pas accessibles gratuitement sur le site Web de l’Association française de normalisation.

Une situation anormale, selon le juge, qui, en juillet 2021, a décidé d’annuler (partiellement) cette réglementation… à compter du 1er janvier 2022 seulement.

Dans le prolongement de cette décision, le gouvernement a rendu ces normes gratuites et ce, depuis le 1er janvier 2022.
