Détaxe : application du seuil de 100 € dès le 1er janvier 2021
Les voyageurs qui résident dans un pays tiers à l’Union européenne (UE) peuvent obtenir le remboursement partiel ou total de la TVA sur les achats qu’ils réalisent lors de séjour sur le territoire de l’UE.
Pour obtenir ce remboursement, ils doivent demander un bordereau de vente (BVE) aux commerçants, qu’ils doivent ensuite présenter pour validation, soit à la borne PABLO située, en principe, à la sortie de l’aéroport, soit auprès d’un agent des douanes.
Jusqu’à présent, pour que les commerçants puissent délivrer ce bordereau, le montant global minimum des achats devait atteindre 175 €.
A compter du 1er janvier 2021, ce seuil est abaissé à 100 €.
