A compter du 1er janvier 2019, les informations de sécurité contenues sur l’étiquetage des désodorisants à combustion seront renforcées. Que devront-elles mentionnées ? Que va-t-il advenir des produits déjà commercialisés avant cette date, mais qui ne sont pas encore vendus ?


Désodorisants à combustion et étiquetage : de nouvelles informations de sécurité à connaître !

Les désodorisants à combustion (comme l’encens, par exemple) doivent, en vue de leur commercialisation, comporter un étiquetage précisant des informations relatives à la sécurité, dont le contenu va être précisé et renforcé.

A compter du 1er janvier 2019, l’étiquetage devra mentionner des informations portant sur la ventilation de la pièce après l’utilisation des produits, ainsi que sur l’absence d’inhalation directe de la fumée. Elles devront figurer de manière visible et lisible sur les emballages des désodorisants combustibles, sous forme de mentions, rédigées en langue française, ou de symboles.

Notez les désodorisants à combustion déjà mis en vente avant le 1er janvier 2019 pourront continuer à être commercialisés jusqu’à épuisement des stocks.
