Depuis sa mise en place lors du 1er confinement, le protocole sanitaire national a régulièrement été mis à jour pour tenir compte des évolutions de la crise sanitaire. La dernière mise à jour du 3 janvier 2022 vient renforcer les règles applicables en matière de télétravail. De quelle façon ?


Coronavirus (COVID-19) : au moins 3 jours de télétravail !

Le Gouvernement qui avait préconisé aux entreprises de cibler 2 à 3 jours de télétravail par semaine, sous réserve des contraintes liées à l’organisation du travail et à la situation des salariés, a fini par durcir le ton afin de faire face à la circulation élevée du virus ainsi qu’à l’apparition du variant Omicron.

Ainsi, à compter du 3 janvier 2022, les entreprises dont les postes le permettent doivent mettre en place 3 jours minimum de télétravail par semaine pendant une durée fixée, pour l’heure, à 3 semaines.

Ces 3 jours peuvent être portés à 4 dès lors que l’organisation du télétravail ainsi que la situation des salariés le permettent.

Pour rappel, dans le cadre du dialogue social, les employeurs fixent les règles applicables en veillant au maintien des liens au sein du collectif de travail et à la prévention des risques liés à l’isolement des salariés en télétravail.

Notez qu’à l’occasion de cette nouvelle mise à jour du protocole sanitaire, le Gouvernement a décidé de prolonger le versement aux salariés vulnérables de l’indemnité au titre de l’activité partielle jusqu’au 31 juillet 2022, et non plus jusqu’au 31 décembre 2021.
