Coronavirus (COVID-19) et pass sanitaire : pour qui, pour quoi ?

Le pass sanitaire doit être présenté par les personnes âgées de 12 à 15 ans inclus pour accéder aux événements culturels et festifs et aux établissements recevant du public (cinémas, théâtres, musées, compétitions sportives, etc.).

Il doit également être présenté par les personnes âgées de 12 ans et plus pour accéder aux hôpitaux, cliniques, Ehpad et maisons de retraite, sauf situation d’urgence. Cela concerne aussi bien les patients que les accompagnateurs.

Le pass sanitaire se justifie par la présentation :

  • d’un certificat de vaccination attestant d’un schéma vaccinal complet ;
  • d’un certificat de rétablissement datant d’au moins 11 jours et moins de 6 mois (4 mois à compter du 15 février 2022) ;
  • d’un certificat de test négatif de moins de 24 heures ;
  • d’un certificat de contre-indication à la vaccination.

Le pass vaccinal doit être présenté par les personnes de 16 ans et plus pour accéder aux événements culturels et festifs et aux établissements recevant du public (cinémas, théâtres, bars, restaurants, discothèques, etc.).

Le pass vaccinal se justifie par la présentation :

  • d’un certificat de vaccination attestant d’un schéma vaccinal complet ;
  • d’un certificat de rétablissement datant d’au moins 11 jours et moins de 6 mois (4 mois à compter du 15 février 2022) pour les personnes n’ayant pas pu avoir leur dose de rappel du fait d’une contamination à la Covid-19 ;
  • d’un certificat de contre-indication à la vaccination.

Notez que jusqu’au 15 février 2022, à titre dérogatoire, il est possible de présenter un certificat de test négatif de moins de 24 h pour les personnes ayant reçu leur 1ère dose de vaccin et qui sont dans l’attente de leur 2e dose.
