Pour faire face à l’épidémie de covid-19, le Gouvernement a prévu la possibilité de prolonger la durée des contrats d’apprentissage et de professionnalisation, par avenant au contrat initial, jusqu’à la fin du cycle de formation poursuivi initialement. Quelques adaptations ont alors été nécessaires…


Des adaptations liées à la prolongation des délais

Du fait de la possibilité de prolonger la durée des contrats d’apprentissage et de professionnalisation, le Gouvernement neutralise les dispositions liées à la durée des contrats, à l’âge maximal du bénéficiaire et à la durée de la formation.

Enfin, rappelons que, par principe, la date de début de la formation pratique chez l’employeur ne peut être postérieure de plus de 3 mois au début d’exécution du contrat et la date de début de la période de formation en centre de formation d’apprentis ne peut être postérieure de plus de 3 mois au début d’exécution du contrat. Exceptionnellement, ces délais ne s’appliquent pas.
