Les industriels sont invités, dans la mesure de leurs moyens, à fabriquer des solutions hydroalcooliques, pour répondre à l’importante demande du secteur médical et des particuliers. Une aide qui doit prendre fin le 31 mai 2020. Ou plutôt devait…


Coronavirus (COVID-19) : prolongement de l’aide des industriels

Initialement, jusqu’au 31 mai 2020, les entreprises industrielles suivantes étaient autorisées et invitées à fabriquer des solutions hydroalcooliques :

  • les établissements de fabrication de produits cosmétiques ;
  • les établissements de fabrication de produits biocides ayant déjà déclaré un produit relevant des catégories 1, 2 3, 4 ou 5 (ce sont en général des désinfectants) ;
  • les installations classées pour la protection de l’environnement (ICPE).

Parce que le besoin va perdurer au-delà de cette date, le Gouvernement a autorisé ces entreprises à fabriquer des solutions hydroalcooliques jusqu’au 1er septembre 2020.

Par ailleurs, jusqu’à présent, les flacons de ces solutions hydroalcooliques ne mentionnaient pas la concentration finale en substance active du produit. A compter du 31 mai 2020, cette mention devra figurer sur l’étiquette apposée sur le flacon.
