Durant le reconfinement puis le couvre-feu, les restaurateurs peuvent ouvrir leurs établissements pour quelques activités limitées, dont la vente à emporter. Celle-ci vient de faire l’objet d’une restriction d’horaire…


Coronavirus (COVID-19) et restaurateurs : des limitations horaires pour la vente à emporter

Depuis le 15 décembre 2020 et la mise en place du couvre-feu en lieu et place du confinement, les restaurateurs peuvent ouvrir sans limitation horaire pour :

  • leurs activités de livraison et de vente à emporter ;
  • le room service des restaurants et bars d’hôtels ;
  • la restauration collective en régie et sous contrat ;
  • la restauration assurée au bénéfice exclusif des professionnels du transport routier dans le cadre de l’exercice de leur activité professionnelle ; le Préfet dans le département arrête la liste des établissements qui, eu égard à leur proximité des axes routiers et à leur fréquentation habituelle par les professionnels du transport routier, sont autorisés à accueillir du public.

A compter du 23 décembre 2020, le Gouvernement revient sur cette règlementation pour la vente à emporter : elle n’est désormais possible qu’entre 6h et 20h.
