Prise en compte du confinement lors du passage des diplômes

Le Ministère du Travail a précisé que les diplômes professionnels (CAP, baccalauréat professionnel, BTS), y compris préparés en apprentissage, délivrés en juillet 2020 le seront principalement selon les modalités du contrôle continu.

Le jury d’examen tiendra compte, non seulement du cahier de notes ou du livret de formation de l’apprenti, mais également de son assiduité (notamment dans la poursuite, le cas échéant, de sa formation à distance pendant le confinement) et de tout moyen permettant d’attester de sa progression, notamment via l’appréciation du maître d’apprentissage.

Les différents certificateurs sont appelés à faire preuve de souplesse sur les durées minimales de formation prévues dans les référentiels de certification pour tenir compte du confinement, concernant la formation tant en entreprise qu’en CFA (notamment pour tenir compte des formations à distance et de la mise en activité partielle d’un certain nombre d’apprentis).
