Coronavirus (COVID-19) et activité partielle : quelles nouveautés ?

  • Concernant l’activité partielle « modulée » :

Pour faire face à la crise du covid-19, le Gouvernement a entendu moduler le taux de l’allocation d’activité partielle versée aux employeurs, en tenant compte des secteurs d’activité.

Notez que, pour les employeurs concernés par cette modulation, la date de fin est désormais fixée au 31 juillet 2022 au plus tard (au lieu du 31 décembre 2021).

  • Concernant l’activité partielle « personnes vulnérables/garde d’enfants » :

Si le télétravail s’avère impossible, sont placés en activité partielle, les salariés :

  • dits personnes vulnérables ;
  • ou qui doivent garder leur enfant de moins de 16 ans ou une personne en situation de handicap faisant l’objet d’une mesure d’isolement, d’éviction ou de maintien à domicile.

Notez que ce dispositif est également prolongé jusqu’au 31 juillet 2022, au plus tard.
