Chirurgiens-dentistes : des bonnes pratiques à respecter

En partenariat avec l’ordre national des chirurgiens-dentistes, le ministère de la Santé rappelle que les bonnes pratiques à respecter en matière de santé bucco-dentaire sont les suivantes :

  • vous devez informer clairement vos patients des soins dont ils ont besoin, du traitement proposé ou des alternatives dont vous disposez, et leur accorder le temps de réflexion nécessaire ;
  • à partir de 70 €, vous devez présenter des devis correspondant aux traitements et alternatives proposés ;
  • vous ne pouvez demander aucun paiement à l’avance et ne suggérer aucun prêt (toutefois, un acompte raisonnable peut être demandé) ;
  • en cas d’implant ou de prothèse, vous devez communiquer les documents indiquant sa traçabilité ;
  • vos clients peuvent solliciter, sur demande écrite, la copie de leur dossier médical : celui-ci doit leur parvenir sous 8 jours ou dans les 2 mois pour les dossiers de plus de 5 ans.
