Auparavant, les artisans avaient l’obligation de suivre un stage avant de commencer leur activité. Ce stage obligatoire a été supprimé par la Loi PACTE. Néanmoins, si un artisan veut tout de même suivre un stage, en a-t-il la possibilité ?


Artisans : 2 stages (facultatifs) préalables à l’installation

La Loi PACTE a supprimé l’obligation de stage préalable à l’installation des artisans pour faciliter la création d’entreprises artisanales.

A la place, un artisan peut facultativement suivre un stage d’initiation à la gestion organisé par les chambres de commerce et d’industrie (CCI) au bénéfice des commerçants, ou un « stage de préparation à l’installation » proposé par le réseau des Chambres de métiers et de l’artisanat.

Ces stages comportent un module dédié aux modèles économiques d’entreprise (c’est-à-dire aux différentes méthodes permettant à l’entreprise d’être potentiellement rentable) ainsi qu’une information sur la responsabilité sociale des entreprises. Ils sont d’une durée minimale de 30 heures et sont proposés, au moins une fois par trimestre. Ils peuvent être suivis de façon dématérialisée (par Internet).

Par ailleurs, notez qu’une contribution financière peut être réclamée aux stagiaires.
