Un crédit d’impôt réservé aux bailleurs domiciliés en France
A titre exceptionnel, les bailleurs, particuliers ou personnes morales domiciliés en France, peuvent bénéficier d’un crédit d’impôt pour les abandons ou renonciations définitifs de loyers échus au titre du mois de novembre 2020, consentis au plus tard le 31 décembre 2021, au profit d’entreprises locataires qui remplissent certaines conditions.
Vous l’aurez noté, seuls les bailleurs domiciliés en France peuvent bénéficier de cet avantage fiscal.
En conséquence, les non-résidents, passibles de l’impôt sur le revenu au titre de leurs seuls revenus de source française, mais qui ne sont pas domiciliés en France, sont exclus du bénéfice de ce crédit d’impôt.
