Dans le cadre de la crise sanitaire, la SACEM se mobilise pour accompagner les établissements du secteur des Cafés-Hôtels-Restaurants (CHR). De quelle façon ?


Coronavirus (COVID-19) et entreprises du CHR : rapprochez-vous de la SACEM !

Au cours de l’année 2021, de nombreuses entreprises du secteur des cafés-hôtels-restaurants (CHR) ont été frappées par des mesures de fermeture administrative pour limiter la propagation de la Covid-19.

Durant ces périodes de fermeture, elles n’ont plus diffusé de titres musicaux. Pour autant, elles vont devoir payer leurs redevances à la SACEM (société des auteurs, compositeurs et éditeurs de musique).

Pour accompagner ces entreprises, la SACEM a, notamment, suspendu :

  • la facturation de droits d’auteur ;
  • les prélèvements automatisés sur compte bancaire ;
  • les contrats, pour la période de fermeture administrative imposée par le gouvernement pour toutes les exploitations permanentes qui diffusent de la musique de sonorisation ou d’ambiance (coiffeurs, cafés, etc.) ;
  • les pénalités pour non-paiement dans les délais.
