Vers un accès (presque) illimité des experts forestiers aux données cadastrales

Les experts forestiers, les organisations de producteurs du secteur forestier reconnues par l’autorité administrative et les gestionnaires forestiers professionnels vont désormais bénéficier d’un accès aux données cadastrales pour connaître l’identité des propriétaires de forêts privées.

Le nombre de demandes pouvant être déposées ne sera pas limité, mais l’accès sera tout de même circonscrit aux territoires dans lesquels ces professionnels sont habilités à exercer leurs missions.

Par ailleurs, ils vont devoir informer les communes concernées de chacune de leurs demandes, et les données recueillies ne pourront pas être cédées à des tiers.

Notez que d’ici le 28 août 2022, un décret doit venir préciser ce dispositif.
