Dans le cadre de la loi en faveur de l’activité professionnelle indépendante, le Gouvernement a notamment aménagé les modalités de recouvrement de certaines cotisations sociales. Explications…


Du changement pour certaines activités

Certains travailleurs indépendants et employeurs de moins de 11 salariés relevant du secteur de la pêche maritime, ainsi que leur conjoint, partenaire de Pacs, concubin, s’ils sont collaborateurs ou associés, sont redevables, chaque année, d’une contribution pour le financement de leurs propres actions de formation.

Cette cotisation est actuellement recouvrée par une Union pour le recouvrement des cotisations de Sécurité sociale et d’allocations familiales désignée par le directeur général de l’Agence centrale des organismes de sécurité sociale (Acoss).

A compter du 1er septembre 2022, elle sera recouvrée par les caisses de la Mutualité sociale agricole (MSA) pour les non-salariés agricoles :

  • des établissements de conchyliculture et de pisciculture, et des établissements assimilés ;
  • qui exercent des activités de pêche maritime à pied professionnelle.
