Afin de faire face à la persistance de la crise sanitaire, le Gouvernement reconduit de nombreuses mesures exceptionnelles et notamment, celles relatives au financement de la prestation de conseil en ressources humaines qui vise principalement les TPE-PME. Dans quelles conditions ?


Coronavirus (Covid-19) : une reconduction sous conditions

Pour rappel, la prestation de conseil en ressources humaines (PCRH) est destinée aux entreprises de moins de 250 salariés ou aux très petites ou moyennes entreprises (TPE-PME). Elle leur permet de bénéficier d’un accompagnement en ressources humaines réalisé par un prestataire et cofinancé par l’Etat.

En temps normal, la prise en charge par l’Etat de cette PCRH ne peut pas dépasser 50 %. Toutefois, pour faire face à la crise sanitaire, ce seuil des 50 % peut être dépassé, sous réserve que le montant total de la prise en charge ne dépasse pas 15 000 € hors taxe.

Cette dérogation concerne les conventions individuelles ou collectives conclues jusqu’au 30 juin 2022, ainsi que les avenants aux conventions en cours signés avant le 30 juin 2022, à condition que les prestations soient réalisées avant le 30 juin 2023.
