Pharmaciens : des règles particulières pour les médicaments délivrés à l’unité

Le gouvernement vient d’encadrer les modalités de recours à la délivrance à l’unité de médicaments en pharmacie d’officine :

  • le médicament doit être présenté sous forme de blister ou en sachet-dose ;
  • le pharmacien doit prendre le médicament dans son conditionnement initial par tout moyen permettant de garantir son intégrité ; il doit ensuite le placer dans un nouveau conditionnement adapté, permettant son transport et sa conservation ;
  • les derniers médicaments contenus dans le conditionnement initial peuvent être remis au client sans changement de conditionnement ;
  • l’étiquette apposée sur le nouveau conditionnement est imprimée par le pharmacien et doit comporter des mentions impératives ;
  • par principe, une notice d’information imprimée doit être remise au client, mais il est possible de transmettre une version dématérialisée, sous réserve de son accord.
