Dans le cadre de l’épidémie de covid-19, un régime dérogatoire au versement des indemnités journalières de Sécurité sociale (IJSS) pour les salariés se trouvant dans l’impossibilité de travailler, y compris à distance, pour certains motifs déterminés (personnes vulnérables, cas contact, positifs à la covid-19, etc.) est applicable jusqu’au 31 décembre 2021 inclus.
Parallèlement, un régime dérogatoire au versement de l’indemnité complémentaire due par l’employeur est également applicable. Ce régime, qui devait également prendre fin le 31 décembre 2021, est finalement prolongé jusqu’au 31 juillet 2022 inclus.
