Pour rappel, le régime chômage intempéries s’applique à certaines catégories d’activités relevant du secteur du bâtiment et des travaux publics (BTP). Schématiquement, il permet aux entreprises de mutualiser les risques pour indemniser au mieux les salariés empêchés temporairement de travailler à la suite d’intempéries.

Dans ce cadre, les entreprises exerçant une ou plusieurs activités professionnelles dans le secteur du BTP sont tenues au paiement de cotisations spécifiques dites « chômage intempéries »

Jusqu’à présent, ces cotisations devaient être déclarées, de manière mensuelle ou trimestrielle, directement auprès des Caisses Congés Intempéries BTP, dans le cadre du dispositif appelé « DUCS CIBTP ».

Désormais, à compter de la paie de janvier 2022, ces déclarations devront se faire par l’intermédiaire de la déclaration sociale nominative (DSN).

Ce changement signe la fermeture définitive du service DUCS CIBTP à compter du 1er juin 2022.

Pour finir, notez que la DSN remplacera également, à compter de 2023, la déclaration nominative annuelle effectuée par l’employeur (DADSU CIBTP).
