Pour lutter contre la précarisation des retraités agricoles, une revalorisation de leur pension est prévue. Qui peut en bénéficier ? Sous quelles conditions ?


Une revalorisation pour les futurs retraités… et pour les retraités actuels

Les futurs retraités et les actuels retraités agricoles verront leur pension de retraite revalorisée sur le versement de décembre 2021.

Cette revalorisation, à hauteur de 85 % du Smic net agricole (contre 75 % auparavant), ne concernera que les petites retraites.

Pour pouvoir en bénéficier, le retraité doit :

  • avoir eu la qualité de chef d’exploitation ou d’entreprise agricole, ayant mis en valeur à titre exclusif ou principal, une exploitation ;
  • justifier du droit à une pension à taux plein ou de 32,5 ans d’assurance (régime d’assurance vieillesse de base) pour les retraités partis avant 1er janvier 1997 ;
  • justifier du droit à une pension à taux plein pour les retraités partis après le 1er janvier 1997.

Notez que pour en bénéficier, il faut que toutes les retraites aient été liquidées (retraite de base, complémentaire, étrangère, etc.). A défaut, il sera impératif de demander la liquidation des retraites restantes.
