Open data des décisions de justice : c’est parti !

Une 1ère étape vers l’open data des décisions de justice vient d’être passée avec la mise à disposition des décisions de la Cour de cassation et du Conseil d’État sur leurs sites respectifs.

Pour faciliter les recherches, ceux-ci ont d’ailleurs fait peau neuve.

Les décisions rendues par les autres juridictions seront ensuite progressivement mises à disposition selon un calendrier consultable ici.

Pour rappel, la prochaine étape sera l’open data des décisions rendues par les cours administratives d’appel ainsi que celles rendues par les cours d’appel de l’ordre judiciaire en matière civile, sociale et commerciale en mars et avril 2022.
