Les audits énergétiques ouvrant droit au bénéfice de la prime forfaitaire de transition énergétique doivent être réalisés par un auditeur qualifié. Mais qu’est-ce qu’un « auditeur qualifié » ?


Prime énergie : architecte = auditeur qualifié ?

Depuis le 1er janvier 2020, la prime forfaitaire de transition énergétique (dite « prime énergie ») profite notamment aux personnes qui font réaliser un audit énergétique de leur logement.

Depuis le 26 septembre 2021, les conditions de qualification des professionnels réalisant ce type d’audit sont aménagées.

Désormais, l’auditeur doit :

  • soit être titulaire d’un signe de qualité qui répond à un référentiel d’exigences, de moyens et de compétences ;
  • soit être titulaire de la qualité d’architecte et avoir accompli une formation dont les objectifs sont définis ici ;
  • soit être une société d’architecture dont au moins un des architectes associés a accompli une formation dont les objectifs sont définis ici.

Retenez que ces aménagements s’appliquent pour les audits réalisés sur des maisons individuelles, ainsi que pour ceux réalisés sur des bâtiments à usage principal d’habitation situés en copropriété.
