Les professionnels de l’agriculture biologique doivent tenir un registre concernant certaines règles spécifiques de production auxquelles ils sont tenus. Ce registre est aussi utile à des fins de traçabilité, de contrôle interne de la qualité et d’évaluation du respect des règles de production biologique.
