FILOCOM : la liste des données traitées est connue

Le FILOCOM (fichier des logements à l’échelle communale) constitue une base annuelle de données statistiques sur les logements et les caractéristiques de leurs occupants et de leurs propriétaires.

Il est placé sous la responsabilité du service statistique ministériel du ministère chargé du logement.

Il est construit sur la base de plusieurs fichiers transmis par la Direction générale des finances publiques, à savoir :

  • le fichier de la taxe d’habitation ;
  • le fichier de l’impôt sur le revenu ;
  • le fichier des propriétés bâties ;
  • le fichier des propriétaires.
