Pour démocratiser l’usage du vélo dans les déplacements quotidiens d’ici 2024, le gouvernement entend encourager l’intermodalité vélo-train. Et cela passe par la création de stationnements sécurisés dans les gares…


Gares = emplacements de stationnement sécurisés pour vélos

Le gouvernement vient de publier la liste des gares qui doivent proposer des stationnements sécurisés pour vélos d’ici 2024. Cette liste, qui comporte plus de 1 000 gares, est consultable ici : https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/jorf/id/JORFTEXT000043630634.

Les équipements de stationnement sécurisés doivent :

  • comporter des dispositifs fixes permettant de stabiliser et de fixer chaque vélo par le cadre et au moins une roue ;
  • bénéficier soit :
  • ○ d’une surveillance par une personne présente sur les lieux avec une vue directe sur les équipements ;
  • ○ d’une vidéo-surveillance ;
  • ○ d’un système de fermeture sécurisée ;
  • ○ être situés dans un lieu couvert et éclairé.

Notez que ces stationnements doivent être implantés à moins de 70 m d’un accès au bâtiment de la gare ou aux quais, sauf en cas d’impossibilité technique avérée.
