Pour cela, il leur suffit de déposer une déclaration auprès de l’administration fiscale…dont le modèle vient tout juste d’être publié…


EHPAD et exonération de taxe d’habitation : le formulaire de demande est en ligne !

Les établissements et les services à but non lucratif qui accueillent des personnes âgées dépendantes (EHPAD) ou qui leur apportent à domicile une assistance dans les actes quotidiens de la vie, des prestations de soins ou une aide à l’insertion sociale bénéficient, en principe, d’une exonération de taxe d’habitation.

Pour l’obtenir, ces établissements doivent adresser au service des impôt, avant le 1er mars de chaque année, une déclaration conforme à un modèle établi par l’administration fiscale précisant, au 1er janvier de l’année d’imposition, la liste des locaux concernés par l’exonération de taxe d’habitation, leur adresse, et leurs caractéristiques.

La déclaration type (n°1207-MD-SD) est disponible ici, sur le site Internet des impôts (impots.gouv.fr), depuis le 1er janvier 2021.
