La Loi d’accélération et de simplification de l’action publique, dite « Loi ASAP », comporte une disposition pour aider les jeunes parents à trouver une structure d’accueil pour leur enfant. Laquelle ?


Loi ASAP : création d’un service unique d’information des familles

Les parents de jeunes enfants peuvent rencontrer des difficultés pour identifier les solutions d’accueil à proximité de leur domicile ou de leur lieu de travail qui seraient à même de répondre à leurs besoins et à ceux de leur enfant.

Afin de faciliter les recherches des familles, le Gouvernement a annoncé en juin 2019 la création d’un service unique d’information des familles leur permettant de connaître, en temps réel, les places de crèches et d’assistants maternels disponibles.

Afin de permettre le déploiement de ce service, les établissements d’accueil des jeunes enfants (EAJE) et les assistants maternels doivent fournir les informations requises à la CNAF (caisse nationale des allocations familiales).

Ces informations seront ensuite indiquées sur le site Web monenfant.fr que la CNAF développe.

Les disponibilités des établissements d’accueil de jeunes enfants seront renseignées de manière automatisée à partir d’outils informatiques actuellement en cours de développement.

Un Décret à paraître viendra préciser cette mesure.
