Pour favoriser la réalisation de travaux d’économies d’énergie, le Gouvernement vient de créer le dispositif « coup de pouce Thermostat avec régulation performante ». De quoi s’agit-il ?


Economies d’énergie : une aide financière pour l’installation de certains thermostats

Le dispositif « coup de pouce Thermostat avec régulation performante » a été mis en place pour inciter financièrement les propriétaires, organismes d’habitations à loyers modérés (HLM) ou gestionnaires de logements à faire installer, dans les logements équipés d’un système de chauffage individuel, un thermostat programmable, entre le 25 juin 2020 et le 31 décembre 2021.

Cette aide financière, d’un montant de 150 € par logement, ne sera versée que si les travaux sont réalisés par un professionnel signataire de la charte « coup de pouce Thermostat avec régulation performante ».
