Suite à la mise en liquidation judiciaire de leur société, 2 cogérants se voient reprocher différentes fautes de gestion. Des fautes dont l’un d’eux estime, cependant, ne pas être responsable. Va-t-il obtenir gain de cause ?

Suite à sa mise en liquidation judiciaire, le liquidateur d’une société décide d’engager la responsabilité de ses 2 cogérants.

Ceux-ci ont, d’après lui, commis différentes fautes de gestion qui ont contribué à aggraver les dettes de la société : ils doivent donc, par conséquent, être condamnés ensemble à les prendre en charge.
