Lorsqu’un conducteur perd des points sur son permis de conduire, il peut suivre un stage de récupération de points. Toutefois, il existe de nombreuses arnaques sur Internet, des stages étant annulés alors que le conducteur a déjà payé sa place. Pour lutter contre ces arnaques, le Gouvernement vient de prendre une mesure. Laquelle ?


Stage de sensibilisation à la sécurité routière : émargement obligatoire !

Depuis le 11 janvier 2020, dans le cadre des stages de sensibilisation à la sécurité routière que vous délivrez, les stagiaires doivent se signaler en complétant un feuillet d’émargement respectant un modèle-type.

L’objectif de cette mesure est de lutter contre les pratiques frauduleuses de certaines personnes peu scrupuleuses : elles proposent de faux stages sur Internet, annulés au dernier moment, alors que le stagiaire a déjà payé.

En obligeant les stagiaires à se signaler en complétant un feuillet d’émargement-type, le Gouvernement entend ainsi mieux s’assurer de la réalité de la présence du stagiaire à un stage de récupération de points dont la réalité est effective.
