Taxe d’habitation : une 2e vague d’envois…

A la mi-octobre 2019, la plupart des foyers fiscaux ont reçu leur avis de taxe d’habitation avec une date limite de paiement fixée au 15 ou au 20 novembre 2019 (selon le mode de paiement choisi).

Si ce n’est pas votre cas, pas (nécessairement) d’inquiétude : vous devriez recevoir prochainement votre avis de taxation. Le Gouvernement vient effectivement d’indiquer qu’une 2e vague d’envois d’avis de taxe d’habitation a été lancée le 4 novembre 2019, avec une date limite de paiement fixée cette fois au 16 décembre 2019.

Dans le même temps, il précise que les derniers remboursements pour certains foyers mensualisés ont été versés les 7et 8 novembre.

Ces remboursements ont été effectués directement sur les comptes bancaires des personnes concernées et proviennent soit de la « DDFIP de la Haute Vienne », soit de la « DRFIP Grand Est et Département Bas Rhin ».

Pour mémoire, ont été remboursées les personnes :

  • concernées par la suppression progressive de la taxe d’habitation sur leur résidence principale ;
  • ayant opté pour la mensualisation du paiement de la taxe d’habitation ;
  • et n’ayant pas, ou pas suffisamment, modulé à la baisse le montant de leurs mensualités.
