Les producteurs de vin doivent effectuer une déclaration viticole de production afin de pouvoir le commercialiser. Quelle est la date limite pour effectuer cette déclaration ?


Déclaration viticole de production : à effectuer avant le 10 décembre 2019 !

Les producteurs de vin ont chaque année l’obligation de déclarer leur récolte et leur production en ligne en se connectant sur le site web « pro.douane.gouv.fr » afin de pouvoir commercialiser leur vin.

Cette année, les viticulteurs récoltants ont jusqu’au 10 décembre à minuit pour déclarer leur production.

Les gérants de caves coopératives de vinification et les négociants ont, quant à eux, jusqu’au 15 janvier 2020 à minuit pour procéder à cette déclaration.

Notez que les viticulteurs qui ne commercialisent pas leur récolte de raisin ou leur production de vin ne doivent pas déclarer leur récolte et production, quelle que soit la superficie de vigne exploitée ou la quantité de vin produite. C’est, en effet, aux négociants à qui ils ont vendu leur récolte d’effectuer cette déclaration.

En outre, en cas d’absence totale de récolte ou de production, les viticulteurs sont exemptés de déclaration.
