Les plans d’épargne-retraite (PER) d’entreprises doivent garantir qu’une part des versements faits sur le compte dédié permettent de réduire progressivement les risques financiers auxquels sont exposés les épargnants. PER entreprises : un report pour la prévention des risques financiers

Le plan d’épargne retraite (PER) est un produit d’épargne disponible depuis 2019. Il peut être individuel ou lié à l’activité salariée de l’épargnant sous la forme d’un :

  • PER d’entreprise collectif ;
  • PER d’entreprise obligatoire.

Les versements effectués sur les PER d’entreprises doivent permettre, sauf décision contraire de l’épargnant, de réduire progressivement les risques financiers auxquels celui-ci s’expose.

À ce titre, différents profils d’investissements long terme sont définis afin de respecter cette condition, il s’agit des profils :

  • prudent horizon retraite ;
  • équilibré horizon retraite ;
  • dynamique horizon retraite ;
  • offensif horizon retraite.

Pour chacun de ces profils, des conditions liées aux produits d’investissement sont définies pour atteindre l’objectif de réduction progressive des risques.

Sont ainsi établis pour chaque profil, dans un premier temps, le pourcentage minimum des actifs devant représenter un faible risque qui composent le portefeuille et l’évolution de ce pourcentage dans le temps.

Dans un second temps, sont établis la part minimale et l’évolution des versements réalisés vers :

  • des organismes de placement collectif principalement investis directement ou indirectement en actifs non cotés ;
  • certains titres financiers ;
  • des titres de sociétés de capital-risque.

Pour ce dernier critère, les PER d’entreprises avaient initialement jusqu’au 30 juin 2026 pour se mettre en conformité avec les exigences de chaque profil d’investissement.

Cependant, un report de cette date limite a été opéré puisque c’est désormais au 31 décembre 2026 que les PER entreprises devront être conformes aux spécificités de chaque profil.
